The F-350 has a maximum towing ability of 15,000 pounds and can carry a maximum payload of 3,550 pounds.

The Ram can tow a maximum of 24,100 pounds and has a much larger payload capacity of 4,280 pounds. The Ram 3500 will be a better choice if you’re in the market for a more powerful diesel engine configuration with significant towing and hauling capabilities.
