The customer service at Gary Moe Dodge is unmatched. I recently bought a vehicle here and then had to have work done on it (which was out of the hands on the inspection team). The team at Gary Moe Dodge got my vehicle fixed up better than before and worked with me. I cannot praise their customer service enough

My wife and I wanted to trade our Hyundai Palisade for a smaller SUV with better gas mileage to save some money each month. I reached out by email and got a response from Krysta Murphy, their internet Sales Manager. She listened to what we wanted and we went back and forth a bit by email and on the phone. We agreed to meet her in person to see what she could find for us within our budget. Krysta was really friendly and easy to talk to. We had a good chat about everything while she set us up to test drive a Mazda CX-5, which my wife loved. Then she talked to Mike, the finance guy, to work out a deal that fit our budget. It was honestly the best experience I've had picking out and financing a new car. Krysta came back and let us know they could make the deal work. Thirty minutes later, we had all the paperwork signed and set to pick up the SUV in a couple days. I'm definitely gonna go back when it's time to get a new truck for myself.
